Dale Mendoza opened Quali-T-Ruck Service, Inc. in 1967 near old Highway 99 in Fresno, California with one truck and a trailer. Since that time, Dale, with the help of his son, John and a dedicated staff have been able to grow the company into one of the most reliable trucking companies in California. He serves as the President of Central Valley Crime Stoppers and takes pride in giving back to his community.

John Mendoza
Vice President
John Mendoza was raised in the trucking industry. At a young age, John began working closely with his father, Dale at the family business. After graduating high school, he served in the Marine Corps and when he returned home he began working full-time for the company. In 1989, they opened Sierra West Warehouse across the street from Quali-T-Ruck Service’s terminal. John now serves as the General Manager of both Quali-T-Ruck Service and Sierra West Warehouse.

Maggie Ratliff
Accounting / Dispatcher
Maggie has worked as a bookkeeper for her entire adult life. She worked for 20 years at an ambulance and towing company as a dispatch supervisor and Corporate Secretary. After the business closed in 2001, she started working full-time for Quali-T-Ruck Service, Inc. She is a huge Elvis Presley fan and the President of the Forever Elvis Fan Club in Fresno.
